Operations Requiring a Second in Command
For flight operations requiring a second-in-command per 14 CFR Part 91, any pilot authorized by the Federal Aviation Regulations may act as SIC. For club policy regarding responsibility of the safe conduct of the flight, see the Membership Requirements section of this document.
